ZenVille Residence

This residence is part of the ZenVille housing complex in Voluntari and offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere shaped through a contemporary design language and natural materials. Spread across three levels, the interior seeks a balance between functionality and tactile richness. The ground floor is defined by fluid surfaces — microcement flooring and marmorino-finished walls — which create a calm, neutral backdrop for warm wood veneer accents. The upper floor brings added comfort through engineered wood flooring and handcrafted ceramic details in the bathrooms. The attic is envisioned as a bright, quiet space for reading and working, complete with its own bathroom — a serene retreat within the home.
